The prices mentioned above are for each person according the plan or travel.
BILIGUAL GUIDE: For services with Bilingual Guide, there is an increase of 20% to the published prices.
LUNCH: The lunches offered in the plans consist of main course (Typical dish, grilled meat, or pork, chicken or fish, including the drink (soda). Extra intakes must be cancelled directly in each place.
Refreshments: In the morning: 1 drink + 1 piece of bakery. In the afternoon: Typical sweet from the region.
Rates for children: Under two years are charged 10% of the plan without any intake, under 10 years are charged 90% of the plan including all the intakes. From 11 years they are charged as adults.
The prices mentioned above up to 4 people, are per each person in a vehicle. In some cases for up to 3 or 4 people according of the circumstances of the traveler and its baggage, it could be use two cars, or a van and the price must be adjusted to the type of the vehicle is going to be used.
IMPORTANT: The following reservation gives to the agent and/or the agency for the payment thereof, in case of cancellation generates payment penalty. It does not include unspecified services on the program or this document. The services are subject to changes, in fortuitous case or force majeure according to the Law 300, Decree 1187, unused services will not be reimbursed.

Customer services sold for each destination may changes depending on the weather or events outside the company, for this reason, the planner reserves the right to make the necessary changes to guarantee the success of the product, tourism service offer to the customer, or if by any reason of force majeure the operator is in the need to cancel the programmed services, the organizers will be required to repay the amount of the part canceled.
The penalties for cancellation are under subject to verification by the operator.
According to the law 679, 2001, LAS BUSETICAS S.A.S, is under a behavior code, in order to protect minors from sexual exploitation and rape. The legal consequences for this kind of behavior are enshrined in the penal code 2.

Notes:

Each vehicle providing the service is covered by contractual and non contractual policies according to regulations and in excess of 300 million.
Las Buseticas S.A.S place his fleet with availability to cover any mishap in the presentation of service and replace the vehicle in the shortest possible time.
A coordinator will be destined for constant communication with vehicles coordinating their paths.
Services will be provided in vehicles 2007 onwards, with air conditioning, reclining chairs and full sound.

All our vehicles are in permanent communication with the office, have all the insurance required by transit and transportation authorities, also, all the technical – mechanic constant checks. Also our drivers are suitable and qualified for the provision of special passenger service, for what our company is authorized by the Ministry of Transport, under resolution No. 00199 of May 23, 2001, Certified ISO 9001: 2008 under Registration No.: CO-SC 1917-1 and OSHAS 18001: 2007 under Registration No. OS – CER 187368
